By accessing or using yogameetsbeauty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

yogameetsbeauty offers yoga and wellness photography, personal branding photography, makeup artistry, retreat and event coverage, and content creation services. We provide class booking, scheduling, and payment through our platform.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and verified.
• A 15% maintenance fee is included in all bookings.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to yogameetsbeauty@gmail.com.

4. Payments

• Card payments are processed securely by Paystack.
• Bank transfer payments require a receipt upload for confirmation.
• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and booking sessions.
• Admin features are restricted to authorised staff only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the booking system or attempt to bypass capacity limits.
• Upload fraudulent payment receipts.
• Submit false or misleading reviews.
• Attempt to access admin functionality without authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on yogameetsbeauty, including text, images, and branding, is owned by us. Photography and content created during sessions are subject to separate agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

yogameetsbeauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
